George Soros has been caught organizing anti-Trump riots across America through a liberal activist group he funds via the Open Society Foundations.

It is called sedition and punishable by fine or imprisonment, not more than twenty years, or both if he is proved to be guilty of this. Then add in
Misprision of treason
Rebellion or insurrection
Seditious conspiracy
Advocating overthrow of Government
Registration of certain organizations
Recruiting for service against the United States
Enlistment to serve against the United States all of which the man is guilty, and he is looking at some SERIOUS time!

U.S. Code › Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 115 is clear and if Trump calls for an investigation that can reveal who the man is behind this than prison time is something very real!

We have discovered if someone living in another country meddles in the affairs, security and destabilization of another country, specifically, The United States, could they face criminal charges based on that law?

The definition of Sedition is “to speak or organize for the purpose of insurrection against established order.” It also lists, “subversion of a Constitution.” Sedition compliments treason. Then there is Seditious Conspiracy, which Webster defines as: “The crime of saying, writing, or doing something that encourages people to destroy the government.”
