There has been no Presidential election within the past few decades that feels as monumental as this one. America has never had a President as bad as Barack Obama, and never have Americans been so desperate for some change — and not the Obama kind of change: we need change we can believe in.
That level of change is only going to come from one candidate who has proven himself beyond all doubts to be what America needs in the future. That candidate is Donald Trump.
Celebrities are making their voices heard in a way they never had before as a result of this election as well, and many are publicly endorsing Donald Trump. One of the more recent celebrities to do this is none other than country music legend Kenny Rogers.
Rogers was being interviewed by “The Guardian” and was asked about where he thought he would take his career at his age, how he felt about Christmas, and his thoughts on the current political race.
When asked about Donald Trump, Rogers had this to say:
I really like him. I think his problem is that he says what everyone wants to hear, but he doesn’t say it well. I love what he says, I have to admit. He can be president and not owe anybody anything; he’s one of the few people has the money to do it, and has the guts to do it. You’re biting off a lot by doing that. He believes everything he says: whether he’s right or not, he says what everybody fears.
Echoing the thoughts of many, who are happy that Donald Trump is finally breaking through political correctness to speak the minds of Americans around the nation who have not found a place to belong in modern political discourse.
Rogers’ older sons, Democrats who live in California, say they are going to vote for Hillary, and Rogers says there’s no hope for them. We definitely agree with that.
