500 ml of almond milk
2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons of almond butter or coconut oil
2 tablespoons of sour cream
2 tablespoons of honey with little nutmeg
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend them for a few minutes. Pour them into glasses and enjoy the juice while it is fresh. Shake the appetizer or you can drink it, plus you can use it for breakfast.
